For adults or teenagers (and parents) who want to discuss their sleep concerns quickly and get some simple guidance and strategies to implement straight away.
Includes:
1 × 60 minute phone or video call.
You will come away with a clearer understanding of why you are experiencing your sleep issues and some techniques and strategies to implement for improved sleep.

Comprehensive Initial Assessment
For adults or teenagers (and parents) wanting to discuss their sleep concerns and learn simple strategies to implement for improved sleep.
You don’t have to be experiencing insomnia to benefit from this session; these strategies can help you develop more effective daytime routines based around your sleep physiology for enhanced overall health, wellbeing and productivity.
Includes:
1 x phone or video call to complete your initial assessment (up to 60 minutes).
Questionnaire and 14 nights sleep diary completed at home by you prior to our call.
Price: £150
(A personalised sleep report summarising your assessment and recommendations can be requested for an additional cost of £125. Helpful for sharing with other professionals e.g. GP, employer, teachers.)

Follow up Sessions
Individual sessions for adults or teenagers (and parents) wanting further support following assessment to implement their recommended strategies and techniques.
This is where we will spend time further looking at your individual sleep needs and work on implementing and reviewing strategies, seeing what works and what needs tweaking.
Sessions can include coaching around stress and anxiety management which often impact negatively on not only sleep but other aspects of life.
Includes:
1 × 45 minute phone or video call.
£75
The aim of our work together is not to restrict you but to free you of the restrictions of poor sleep and allow you to do all the things you enjoy in life and get back to being you.

Rested Head Package
Great for:
Anyone with ongoing sleep concerns that you want to address. You may have difficulties falling asleep, maintaining sleep, or you don’t feel refreshed despite what you feel is a good amount of sleep. You’re not feeling overly anxious or worried however you know you want to get things sorted.
Includes:
Comprehensive initial consultation (see above for details).
4 x individual follow up sessions (up to 45 minutes each) - usually weekly however can be adapted to suit your needs.
Reasonable email/message support between sessions.

Full Refresh Course
Great for:
Anyone experiencing long term sleep issues or insomnia. You find yourself regularly having difficulties falling asleep/maintaining sleep/waking early. You feel that your sleep issues have a significant negative impact on your daily functioning, emotional wellbeing and relationships. You are experiencing anxiety about your sleep and feel that more intensive support would be most beneficial.
Includes:
Comprehensive initial consultation ( see above for details).
8 x individual sessions (up to 45 minutes each) - usually weekly however can be adapted to suit your needs.
Final session focuses on developing your personalised relapse prevention plan.
Reasonable email/message support between sessions and for 2 weeks post course completion.
